Truffle

Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 August 2026.

These terms are an agreement between [legal entity, registered address and company number — to be confirmed] («Truffle», «we») and the person or company using the service («you»). By creating an account, joining the waitlist or using any part of the service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

What the service does

Truffle is a platform for influencer marketing. It finds creators, scores how relevant they are to a brand, keeps their profiles and history, runs the correspondence with them on your behalf and tracks the collaborations that follow.

The service is still in a closed stage. Features appear, change and disappear, availability is not guaranteed, and access during this stage gives no right to access later or on the same terms.

Who may use it

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You use the service for business purposes, not as a consumer.
  • If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you have the authority to bind it, and «you» then means that company.
  • You are not barred from using the service under the law that applies to you, including sanctions and export rules.

Your account and your team

  • Keep the details in your account accurate and your credentials to yourself.
  • Everything done under your account is your responsibility. Tell us at support@truffle.space as soon as you suspect someone else has access.
  • A team is a shared workspace: everyone you invite sees the data in it, and everyone you remove loses that access.
  • The team owner is responsible for what the members of that team do.

What you may not do

  • Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages in breach of the marketing and anti-spam rules that apply to the recipient.
  • Harass creators, impersonate anyone, or ignore a request to stop being contacted.
  • Copy, resell or redistribute the data in the platform, or use it to build a competing database.
  • Reverse engineer the service, work around its limits, or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.
  • Upload malicious code, or anything that interferes with the service or its other users.
  • Break the terms of the third-party platforms whose data appears in the service.

The messages you send

Truffle sends and receives correspondence on your behalf. You are the sender; we are the tool.

  • The content of every message is yours, whether you wrote it or the platform drafted it for you.
  • You are responsible for complying with the marketing, privacy and anti-spam law of the country the recipient is in.
  • A refusal or an opt-out has to be honoured, and the platform must not be used to reach that person again.
  • We may pause sending from an account that draws abuse reports, and tell you why.

What the AI produces

Relevance scores, cost forecasts, summaries and drafted messages are produced by models. They are estimates, not statements of fact and not advice.

  • We do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or fit for your purpose.
  • Review anything the platform drafts before it goes out under your name.
  • Decisions with a commercial or legal effect remain yours.

Creator data and third-party platforms

The creator profiles in the service are built from public pages and from the interfaces the platforms themselves provide. We are not affiliated with those platforms, and they do not endorse us.

  • Your use of content from a platform is also governed by that platform's own terms.
  • We may remove or restrict data at the request of a creator or of the platform it came from.
  • The composition of a profile can change without notice as the sources change.

Your content

  • What you upload or write stays yours. These terms transfer no ownership of it.
  • You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display it in order to run the service for you, and for no other purpose.
  • You confirm you have the rights to everything you put into the service.
  • We may use aggregated statistics that identify neither you nor your clients to improve the service.

Fees

Access during the closed stage is free. Paid plans, prices and billing terms will be published before they take effect, and you will be asked to accept them before you are charged.

[Prices, currency, billing period, taxes, invoicing, refunds and cancellation — to be confirmed; they depend on the jurisdiction of the contracting entity.]

Our intellectual property

The platform, its software, its interfaces, the structure of its database and the Truffle name and marks belong to us. Nothing in these terms transfers them to you. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely and owe you nothing for them.

Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to make the service work. This does not cover information that is already public, that is received lawfully from someone else, or that has to be disclosed by law.

Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates a legal risk, or leaves an invoice unpaid.
  • When an account closes, access ends and the data is deleted or anonymised as described in the privacy policy.
  • You can export your data before closure, and for [export window after closure — to be confirmed] afterwards.

Warranties

The service is provided «as is» and «as available». We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the data in it is accurate or complete, or that it will produce any particular commercial result.

[Statutory warranties that cannot be excluded in the applicable jurisdiction — to be confirmed. Nothing here limits them.]

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, lost goodwill or lost data. Our total liability arising out of the service is capped at [liability cap — to be confirmed].

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for fraud.

Indemnity

You will cover our losses from third-party claims arising out of your use of the service, the messages you send through it, the content you put into it, or your breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Material changes are announced by email or on the site at least [notice period — to be confirmed] before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of [governing law — to be confirmed], and disputes are heard by [competent courts or arbitration venue — to be confirmed].
